After over 5 years of trying I was able to do my first online 90 day report yesterday. Almost fell out of my chair when  it went to page 2 after completing page 1 instead of getting the popup message to contact my local office.

After completing page 2 I got instant of approval of it when I submitted it. It seems that auto approval is an option a local office has after reading reports of some people getting instant approval and others only pending.
