Dramatic video: Car backs up as gas explosion rips through Bang Bo!

Dramatic dash cam footage published by Thai Rath showed the moment of the huge gas pipe explosion in Bang Bo, Samut Prakan that killed three and injured 52 causing huge damage to houses and vehicles in the area.

 

The footage showed one driver approaching the area then stop and reverse away down a main road as debris scattered around. 

 

Accompanied by dramatic music and headings like "run from death" the footage continued from several angles as fires took hold.

 

Fire trucks were seen rushing to the scene amid descriptions of the event being visible from many kilometers away.

In the early seconds of the video it shows someone on the right hand side of the central reservation showing some impressive fleeing skills on foot.

Fire trucks were seen rushing to the scene amid descriptions of the event being visible from many kilometers away. 

 

Loaded with water? C'Mon. 

And they are letting school children walk past as if it is a day out.  

Love the geeza riding the firetruck like it was a chariot .. 

Yep, that was some dramatic reversing.

Loaded with a guy on the roof while the truck was racing to the fire....good to see that Thailand finally understands the safety rules..ahum.
