Try applying for social welfare benefits while being an American who's on a visa overstay in Thailand- now do the same thing as a Thai who's overstayed a visa in the USA- which is gonna work out better for you?

 

There's a reason it's tough to get into the USA, and it has to do with how people who are there illegally can take advantage of the system.
