Sanook reported that health department officials in Khon Kaen were inspecting daycare facilities for young children after an outbreak of the respiratory disease RSV.

Respiratory Syncytial Virus affects most children before they are two years old. Symptoms of runny nose, cough, sneezing, fever and wheezing usually last between one and several weeks.

Medical teams were checking facilities in the north eastern Thai province for babies and pre-school children up to 4 years of age.

Some play areas within the facilities were shut to stop the spread of RSV that has affected 400 young children so far.

Infants are the least susceptible to Covid and if they do contract it tend to display little or no symptoms. No Hmmmm to see here.

Burning season has officially commenced. Air pollution and dangerous levels of 2.5 PM has long tern effects on their children but they remain ignorant. It's kinda sad really.
