Thai Court Rules Traffic Fines Can't Block Vehicle Tax Renewal
The judge ruled they can't block tax renewals because you have an outstanding traffic fine, but that doesn't mean that the department that issues the fines can not come after you. And I think it is clearly mentioned on the receipt that if you not have paid on due date, that there will be additional fines added. -

Thai gov. to tax (remitted) income from abroad for tax residents starting 2024 - Part II
To the best of my knowledge, if a property (such as a condo) is one's primary residence in Thailand where the person (Thai or farang) is the owner and registered as living in that property, then no property tax for the property (condo for a foreigner) is due. -

How's an aussie expat going to pick up an Aldi sim? You pretty much need to just keep your old sim going when you leave like I did, not buy a new one when you're already in Thailand -

Coloured lines?
Does the laptop screen have the same "lines?" If not, agree with the other member that the monitor may be on the way out, however, I would try another HDMI cable first, before buying a new monitor.
