Bank transfer from NAV

Is there any person out there that could help me with the time it takes for NAV Norway to transfer a old age pension to Thailand . I have called NAV and they have informed me that the funds were sent on the 10th of November to my Thai bank account . Still no sign of any remittance arriving . The Thai bank mentioned 5 working days . Thanks in advance of any replies 

You may want to take a local with you and talk to the bank manager.

 

A recent ThaiVisa poster had an issue with an international fund transfer sent to their Thailand bank account going missing, asking for help. In a followup post they related how after waiting more than a few weeks they contacted their home-country bank who confirmed the funds had been 'sent'. They then went into their local Thai bank branch to request an investigation which initially found no new fund notices but eventually found the funding notice had actually arrived but the bank manager hadn't accepted/approved it.

 

So apparently the fund transfer process isn't entirely automated.
