Next week I will apply for my 2nd,  60 day permission to stay at MTT (Counter K).

 

Other than passport detail page, TM card, what else needs to be photocopied?

You will also need a copy of your visa (if any), entry stamp and extension stamp.

And of course a completed TM7 form with a 4 X 6 cm photo attached.

I entered on a visa exempt in February.  Do I need to copy the Oct extension or complete history since my non visa entry.

Only a copy of your most recent extension is needed.

 

You could do a favor for many people if you asked them for a extra affidavit form the you could scan and send to me.

Some folk were asked for a TM30 at MTT and some were not.

Take one along if you have one.

The difference might be having one shown in their database for them and not having one.

Copy of the affidavit would be very useful to show at some immigration offices that do not seem aware of it. Helpful to guys not dealing with MTT.

It would be a temptation to simply present it filled in as a fait accompli and casually stare about one in such an office.
