Thailand's immigration bureau gave the details of the latest three cases of illegal immigrants and Thai people who had enabled their passage.

No cases of Covid-19 arose from these arrests.

Five Chinese who had paid a Thai agent 50,000 baht were arrested in Sa Kaeo province in Thailand's east after they crossed from Myanmar in the Mae Sot area of Tak in the north west using a natural border.

They were on their way to Poi Pet in Cambodia.

In Prachuab Khiri Khan immigration officials stopped a van containing 7 Cambodians and two Thais. The immigrants had paid 5,000 baht a head to be transported home after their fish farm work in Pattani in the south stopped due to the pandemic.

They were being taken to a gas station on Rama 2 on the outskirts of Bangkok when they were stopped in Bang Saphan Noi. Their ultimate destination was Sa Kaeo province.

In Chanthaburi a Mitsubishi Pajero at a lamyai orchard attracted attention and 6 Cambodians and two Thais were arrested. The Cambodians were on their way to work in Chonburi and had paid 2,000 baht to be transported.

None of these three cases resulted in any Covid positive results.

Comes to show that no matter how hard you try to block and plug all the holes, there will always be those who will do everything for money and da hell with the rest of the people, Covid or not...

Desperate people paying big fees to greedy, selfish people. Confiscate their vehicles?

"None of these three cases resulted in any Covid positive results." - determined how - temperature check? They could still be carriers, if not yet testing positive.

And what happened to them all? ... placed in quarantine or jail? sent back home? or fined and allowed to proceed?

Farang tink too mut

I'm getting tired of reading this sort of stuff. If you are going to let hundreds of thousands of migrants in to inflate the profits of the hisos; the bribes for the police and army who valiantly protect our borders; then at least lets say who is responsible......ie Prayut el at but number one crook is Prawit.

Are the posters made in house ... or outside
