Not the usual... but I have a cookbook of recipes (Greg Doucette from YT) basically high-volume lower-calorie foods... from french toasts, lasagna, brownies, wraps, and all types of stuff on there (western food) which is amazing for weight loss & keeping fit.
 
Basically looking for a person to make specific at their place and send it to me via Grab every morning
How much would such a chef cost (not including ingredients & delivery) & how does one find a chef for this?
 
Kinda specific as this is not a full-time chef specific to me thing but ideally if such a service already exists in Bangkok...
