I'm not really looking for any special treatment from anyone here, but I would like Fair treatment. Some of you don't seem to be willing to do that.

Again, if you want a guarantee, you have exactly one choice: RMUTR.  They are a tie government University that offers a B. Ed. taught In English.

And don't forget the sailor suit. LOL.

  • Never heard of them.  But Bruce Veldhuisen is the  director and founder of PCIE?   Hmmm...

  • I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole.   60k and months of tortured attendance will get you a license from KHRUSAPA locally.

  • Bachelor's in Education from Ramkhamhang might do it. Diploma PGTE from that Filipino "school" should almost certainly do it. I wouldn't expect much of an education from either but you should qualify

I have no idea what that means...

Or do you mean that they need to wear a uniform? In fairness to them, I don't think that's required. It's an international program at RMUTR.

Yes, that is what they had to wear at Payap.

Like every other degree, this will immediately be accepted for a work permit.

That is simply not true.

Work Permit and non-B visas and extensions often need to be certified by that country's embassy. the embassy need to verify it, then this verification has to be translated into Thai.

Has the French embassy in Thailand verified a PCIE degree for Thai immigration and department of labor purposes?

Please post a copy of the French embassy's verification document, if they have.

TIA.

We typically have our diplomas stamped by the Paris Chamber of Commerce and then by the French ministry of foreign affairs in France.  This is basically the same process that domestic universities require here in thailand.

I'll ask a student to scan one and send it to me, deleting out the name of course.

I was told that two graduates in Thailand had to go to the French embassy to get the degree verified.

A scan of that verification would be most welcome.

This is a database that OBEC use for university verification.

These are the domestic universities:

the Thai language search has a database of foreign universities that are verified and accredited by OBEC.

Has PCIE been listed on their database?

This is the listing from the French government:

Yes, thanks, but not a Thai department or association in Thailand.

Verification from either the French embassy in Thailand (which are asked to verify degrees for thai WPs and work visas) or a Thai department verifying it.

This is a French degree and so we have it verified through the ministry of foreign affairs in France.  But I will provide you documentation of whatever I can get from the students. I'm not going to share that without their permission.  I hope you can understand that.  They have been contacted.

In the interest of security, I have removed the posted certificates. I suggest you revert to PM exchange in that regard.

For the record I posted:

1.  degree with French embassy stamp
2.  Teachers license obtained by one of our grads.
3.  Degree stamped by French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
