Why can’t the Embassy re instate this service and if not why not?

many other Foreign Embassies provide this service so what is the problem with the British Embassy?

verification cannot be an excuse because they were providing this service for donkeys years

I think that various Consulates have made their postion pretty clear regarding "Consular Income Letters", I see no point in asking the same question again and again, so I'll close this thread.
