I truly believe that there are some lines in life, that when crossed, are tantamount to a self revocation of the right to life, and the right to consume oxygen. Surely this is right up there with the list of heinous offenses against mankind. Children should never have to be subjected to these horrors. The innocents must be protected, at all costs.
