Thai media Daily News reported that the incidence of Covid-19 in the province of Samut Sakhon - a hotspot in Thailand over the last two months - is slowing down.

They published an infographic that indicated 69 new cases yesterday making the grand total in the province of 15,737.

Of the new cases involving proactive testing 10 are Thais, 6 foreigners. Fifty three are in hospital - 27 Thais and 26 non-Thais.

Of the total cases in the province 2,639 have been among Thais and 13,098 among mostly migrant workers.

It is not the number of cases that is important....it is the % of those tested that are positive......
