There are a list of places at the bottom of the website https://www.nanagarden.com/

This place delivers via Kerry  http://www.xn--82c7bkf5cb0n7ab.com/บทความ/สาระน่ารู้/กิ่งพันธุ์พริกไทยซีลอน

If you're looking to plant seeds, ask for เมล็ดพริกไทย.  If you're at a nursery and want plants, ask for ต้นพริกไทย.  Black pepper plants are commonly sold at roadside nurseries.  10-20 Baht per plant
