Planning on going to the beach this weekend.

however there is a lot of conflicting reports online about whether or not one has to do a quarantine when arriving at another province.

 

what is the actual procedure, as it stands right now?

There's supposed to be an announcement about Covid measures made by the Prachuap Khiri Khan governor later today.

 

If there are any requirements for a quarantine, they'll be in that announcement. However most local sources think it will only be about bar closures and the like.

They've already announced (and the police are already enforcing) that bars have to close for at least the next five days and even if they're allowed to reopen after that, they will have to observe social distancing rules, including at least 2 metres between tables and no more than 2 people at each table.
