Assisted Living Facilities / Nursing Homes in Bangkok?

Does anybody know whether Bangkok has any good assisted living facilities / nursing homes in Bangkok?

Asking on behalf of a 90-year old who's currently recovering from a hip and neck surgery - 

will basically need tube feeding + bathing/cleaning and help with daily exercises & medication.

Any leads would be helpful.

Mind you...I know nothing at all about this place...but I used to live around the corner and walk past daily on my way to the MRT. In the Suttishan area..a few hundred meters from the MRT station
