If Chonburi was an island they could reasonably safely reopen at the end of the month, with the way the number of daily new cases is falling. but it's connected to greater Bangkok, and as soon as the people there (especially the types who like to drink in the bars in Thonglor, or attend boxing matches at the Lumpini arena) see that the bars in Pattaya (or Bang Saen for that matter) are open again, they'll be leaping into their Porsches and Beemers and heading down here for the nightlife.
