There is a procedure:

1. Your Philippine girlfriend must have a Certificate of Freedom to marry which can be sought in the Philippines and must be authenticated in the Embassy of Philippines in Bangkok,

2. You must be a British National based in Thailand

 

And you can now marry together. After that, your marriage certificate UK must be also registered in Philippine Embassy to make it legally binding

Dont do it.......no reason to do it......and thats exactly what they want....then they have rights on your assets.....they should be happy to have you....a love that knows no bounds and a better life, you can leave them a bundle on your death bed knowing she took care of you while alive.... keep them honest when things get tough....and you wont ever know whats going on in her mind fella....or her motives....women are the best actors on the planet if you need convincing go watch "My Free Cams" or "Chaterbate" then you will get the idea....

While it might be possible, the Thai government will not recognize the marriage because in Thailand it should be done at the Thai amphur.
