Thief Pistol Whips Victim before Robbing Her

Staff from a 7-Eleven store in a petrol station on Sukhumvit Road informed the Dongtan Police at 2.45 am on 22nd May that someone had been attacked and robbed.

At the scene the team found 22 year old Miss Praphaporn Pakkasarn with wounds on her right cheek together with her friend Miss Buaphailin.

The victims stated that they both work in Laem Chabang. That day they drove their Honda Click motorbike to Pattaya.

While driving, 4 men on two motorbikes approached them and demanded them to stop. Frightened, they stopped then one of the men walked over and slapped Miss Praphaporn with a gun then snatched her gold necklace and both victims’ handbags.

The crooks pulled out their motorbike key and took it with them before fleeing.

The police recorded all statements and are searching for the men, which the women remembered clearly by making a sketch for the police.

The lesson to be learnt from this story is if your gonna ride a motorbike in Pattaya make sure it's fast enough to get you out of trouble.

If that's the case I'm thinking of that was east of the Sukhumvit if I recall correctly then I think the English bloke was riding something like a Honda Wave. The only thing 1 of those will comfortably outrun is a seized up Puch Maxi.

I like it - bit bigger than the Uzi's I'm used to, but still effective at close quarters.
