A few years ago there was a money exchange (not a bank) that exchanged travellers cheques commission free, on Walking street, thus saving 30-35 baht per cheque.

Does anyone know if a similar such money exchange exists in Pattaya now?

TMB used to, but I noticed back in March they seem to have added the commission per cheque. :o
