Contractor to recommend ?

Hello,

I am looking for somebody able to make some jobs

. An iron balcony guard rail exactly similar to the wooden one in place (it is in a condo, so shape, measufrements and finish must be exactly the same as the one in place in mu condo and the other ones)

. Change 2.70 m2 tiles of my bathroom floor

I am looking for good work at reasonable quality/price ratio

Of course if the contractor understands a bit of english, it would be better
