What type of insurance do i need to return to LOS?

Is it the 100,000$ covid one.

The 400,000 baht one,or both.

yes to $100,00 covid insurance, for the length of stay you will be stamped in for on arrival so 8/4/2022,

what does the London Thai embassy say about the 40/400 insurance
