Phuket Immigration "under consideration" time?

Has anyone gotten a covid extension for a normal tourist visa exempt entry recently in Phuket?  Was there an under consideration return date and if so for how long?

 

I've been going to Samui for the past few extensions because they don't do under consideration stamps, and it was so much easier not having to return weeks later for the final stamp.  Just trying to decide if I should plan on staying in Phuket long enough for multiple trips to the IO or just return to Samui for a single stamp.
