Is it still 15 days before and 7 after ?
I have my visa to do and another appointment later this month, would like to go to both on the same day as I use public transport ( train ) from where I live.

You can do it up to 15 days early to 7 days after report date that includes the report date in the count.

I just did my 90 day report 14 days early, not sure of 15 days, but sure that UJ just told you while I was typing.
