Entry Requirement for Returning non-Thais

Are non-Thai (American) citizens required to present a Medical Certificate or “Fit to Fly” certificate to return to Thailand or is just a negative RT-PCR COVID test all that is required.

 

If there is such a requirement, is there a standard format. I am having some difficulty getting any such documents form the city I depart from.

The fit to fly certificate has not been required since April.

The certificate for a negative covid 19 test must not be more than 72 when departing the US.

As Ubonjoe stated, check the Thai embassy website in the US.  You also need a COE which includes proof of Covid insurance and proof of a reservation at an ASQ hotel or an approved hotel if you are going into Phuket.
