SailingHome
I have a retirement visa here. Phils is still closed to tourists. Any way my Phils gf can come live here without having a job?
ubonjoe
She could travel here with to get a 45 day visa exempt entry or apply for a single entry tourist visa that allows a 60 day entry. Both can be extended for 30 day. After getting here staying long term could be a problem. She possible study at University or other formal school or perhaps work as volunteer. If you got married she could get extension based upon being a member or your family since your are on a extension based upon retirement.

All language schools are closed, not offering online?

Tanomazu
You could get her in on education visa for a year, for studying Thai. Classes are now online, so she can be located almost anywhere and then make a trip for the renewal.

To immigration office that issued the extension of stay (it is not a visa) based upon attending school. That might not be very far away.
