Arrived safely on July 08 in Bangkok with Qatar airlines
To Doha about 100 people on board - Doha to BKK only 48 passengers
Now in very bad "budget" ASQ Hotel,where i spend my 14 nights 

Now my urgent question:
I Am married,have NON-O visa for 90 days till October 05
Can I extend this FIRST (60 days extension based on visiting my wife)
and only then request a YEAR extension based on the monthly 40,000 baht deposit?
OR
Do I have to apply for an extension for a year BEFORE October 05?
How far in advance do I have to request that annual extension under the 40K scheme?

You need at least 2 or 3 months of 40k baht transfers into a Thai bank from abroad to apply for the one year extension based upon marriage. 

If you need more time to have the transfers done you could apply for a 60 day extension to visit your wife and then the one year extension.

You can apply for the one year extension up to 30 days early up to the last day of your permit to stay from the non-o visa or the 60 day extension.
