And I’m pretty sure that the Thai’s never heard of the name Clarence Either.  

 

The real question is… Did he vote for TRUMP or Biden?  If he voted for TRUMP, then you have your answer

as to why he didn’t wear a mask.  He thinks he’s above the law.

At home in BKK, the vast majority of Thais are wearing masks, the foreigners on the other hand, the majority I’ve seen, even in my building either don’t wear, or don’t wear properly. Now in self imposed exile in Hua Hin, it’s a similar story. However the last few days most seem to doing better. The more that get fined the better IMO.

A man of colour, really, yesterday's news was Thailand doesn't discriminate against foreigners, l don't see any Thai,s dragged down to the Police station and paraded in front of the media,same same but different 

If any shop /premises require one to where a mask (and it is usually written on the door ) PLUS we all now mask wearing in public is now mandatory and with the current situation anyone questioning or disobeying this deserves to have the book thrown at them . Irrespective of whether racist or not , a foreigner here needs to follow the rules and not argue .Very stupid American !!
