Does anyone know of good water well digging contractor in the Pattaya-Sattahip area? Also, if you have had one dug, what did it cost you?

We had a bore drilled about 2 years ago. It's approx. 30 mts. deep, 6 ins. wide. I used this guy because his machine is transportable, being not much bigger than a dining table he could put it in the part of the garden where you wouldn't be able to get the truck mounted drill. The price, 40,000 baht included the surface pump and connections to my own 2000 litre tank.

It took him about 1 week of drilling etc. Be aware! Although there is not much mess with the actual drilling, but when they have to "blow" out the bore at the end, it becomes rather messy!

The price did not include a filter which you may need, nor did it include a licence which is sometimes required.

I used a company called Thai-Euro Construction, who were just a little more expensive but included the lot. They went to about 42 Metres depth (Huay Yai Area of Pattaya). Mobile Tel 08-66359408 Sorry can't remember the guys name.
