My Covid-19 vaccine experience. I received my initial SinoVac vaccine at the local "ampur" here in Chanthaburi Province. I had called my local hospital in early July and was given an appointment for today, early August. I arrived about 1/2 hour before opening time, and there was an enormous line. My name was on the posted list, and I handed in a copy of my passport to get in the "queue" and was told to return in 2 hours. Returned, and I was ushered in immediately. I had to go through 3 separate processing stations (ID, blood pressure, medical history) before getting the actual vaccine. The injection was painless. The worst part is you are then required to wait to get the appointment card for the booster, and I waited for an hour before they finally called my name. It was all pretty well organized (except for the waiting for the booster appointment). I return in 4 weeks for an AstraZaneca booster. YMMV!
