Good point. If it's a file photo it must be stated as such. If it's not a file photo the should be fined.

The article says it clearly and is directly related to the photo since the two "stars" appear, which are followed daily by a squad of photographers.  BTW .. They seem as famous as Marilyn Monrroe

China punishes dozens of officials as Delta outbreaks spread

Exactly right.  The right wing Thai government is using the same tactics as the left wing Chinese Communist government. A political circus.

THAILND CRIMINAL CODE --  Chapter 4: Criminal Liability

Section 59. Intention or Negligence

A person shall be criminally liable only when such person commits an act intentionally, except in case of the law provides that such person must be liable when such person commits an act by negligence, or except in case of the law clearly provides that such person must be liable even though such person commits an act unintentionally.

To commit an act intentionally is to do an act consciously and at the same time the doer desired or could have foreseen the effect of such doing.

If the doer does not know the facts constituting the elements of the offence, it cannot be deemed that the doer desired or could have foreseen the effect of such doing.

Just imagine if they had to give up there ill gotten gains, So we decided to change the law so we will have immunity from any wrongdoing(corruption) and all the lies they told and be free from liability, wow that was lucky, So all the people looking at changing the legislation are the same ones who have the most to lose. Amazing Thailand

The doctors I can see, the legislation proposed to completely relieve Anutin of any responsibility is a joke. You want to be in charge, face the music.

Why are they so nervous?

Those responsible for the decline of the country are noticing that the majority of the population are no longer the uneducated servants who, like in the past, swallow everything without contradiction.

This government has had too many scandals in the past 7 years for that. The quality of life, the happiness, the net income has deteriorated for over 90% of the population, while the VIPs are getting richer and richer.

Ultimately, there are only the Corvid restrictions that stop the masses from taking the streets.

So you are suggesting that the Heath Minister was clueless about the effects of his actions? You are defending that?  There are many laws, there could be prison time in that one.

I just posted the section of the Thai criminal code verbatim without comment. You can, as per usual, do the suggesting.

Thailand’s Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Public Health Anutin Charnvirakul came out on Monday to defend proposed legislation that would grant amnesty to doctors and policy makers in charge of the country’s vaccination plan by saying it was necessary to give doctors ease-of-mind as they deal with the pandemic.
