Woman survives fall from a third-floor balcony in Jomtien, presumed accident

Pattaya – A Thai woman has sustained several injuries after falling down from a third-floor balcony while smoking a cigarette Sunday night (August 15th).

 

Emergency responders were notified of the incident at 11:00 P.M. at an apartment in Soi Jomtien 4.

 

They and The Pattaya News arrived at the scene to find the injured woman, Ms. Pinkaew Butpan, 41, of  Sakhon Nakhon (Northeast of Thailand) lying on the ground.  She had sustained various injuries but was cognizant and expected to recover. She was taken to a local hospital for medical assistance.

No wonder there are so many condo ‘accidents’

Especially for Pattaya, why don't they raise the level of the railing ? Put it in the code.

 

Las vegas doesn't even have balconies for this reason.
