Having traveled to and worked in every major US city and region (have lived in Colorado (my home state), California (Bay Area) and Florida). I can vouch for what you say as a fact. I've seen firsthand some of those flip-flop and tank-top wearing hussies - bra-straps hanging out trying to gain access to black-tie events.

 

They mostly seem to reside in the southeast and are avid Florida Gator fans. As far as your description of flaming liberals, well...that is spot on also, IMO.
