May 30, 200718 yr This spectacular lizard is now in its breeding plumage. It has a turquoise head with a large white stripe on its upper lip. Look out for it in your garden. My literature suggests those in the South won't be able to see it 'cos it isn't there.
May 31, 200718 yr This is an image from Google but this is an idea of what you can see. Not very good, took me an hour to find it, my files are total chaos.
May 31, 200718 yr My literature suggests those in the South won't be able to see it 'cos it isn't there. Very cool lizard indeed! Not to worry though, we've got the Garden Fence Lizard which has a wonderful orange-ish red head when it's in breeding colors. We also have a cool pale green headed flying lizard... still, I'd love to see that blue-headed cutey
May 31, 200718 yr Author This is an image from Google but this is an idea of what you can see. Not very good, took me an hour to find it, my files are total chaos. Nice photo I just rearranged all my photos into folders, sub-folders, sub-sub-folders. Took me ages but I think I know where things are now. Oh yeah and backed them up too.
May 31, 200718 yr Thanks for the advice about the back up, gotta get my ars* into gear. Trouble is I've got a new camera and the pics are just building up unsorted.
June 1, 200718 yr Found this one in our house a couple of weeks ago, not sure if it is the same. Our dog had a bit of a go at him before we got it back outside. Fortunately it was still ok.
June 1, 200718 yr Perhaps it's this one before the color change? Also just outside our house. What was unusual to me was the remarkably long tail which continues further down the picture.
