Yes...I got 22k deposited into my bank,but i didn't know that i could have kept paying the 750 Bht/Mth to stay in the Thai SS System,which i would have done,there are many things that Expats are probably entitled to,but nobody informs them about you would think organisations like the Pattaya Expats Club would/should know these things,and keep lòcal Expats up to speed with them.

Because of this precedent, there is no chance that insurance companies 
will also adjust their policies and consequently their prices for foreigners.
I Think it's a normal reaction. An expat is now legally charged x number of times more.
