We ended up spending over $600,000,000.00 dollars to get rid of the bums or achieve some clarity to our political future (depends on your point of view).  We got the identical government to that which was dissolved.  For that much money I want some positive change .... Someone hung or thrown in jail.  You know, an old timey type of election.

 

I can't help but think of a quote from the old POGO cartoon  "We have met the enemy and he is us"

It has always & will always be this way

The vote & the two party system is just a con to make people feel involved

 

Truth is you get to pick from who they preselect for you & both sides are bought & paid for by the same usual suspects
