Car insurance

Featured Replies

Can anyone give a recommendation for Roojai car insurance. They offer significantly higher personal accident cover than other companies but on the other hand they impose a 3,000 baht excess payment.

Thankyou.

I am surprised to hear you say that but obviously you have made the comparison. I did not find the pa cover any more or less than alternative quotes from Axa and AIG but the premium certainly was.

The excess means they can offer lower premiums and I guess stops the fixing of every little scratch to help keep the premiums down but what do I know.........????

I made the change after more than 7 years with Axa and felt the 70% saving in premium worth taking the risk on a potential claim especially on an older vehicle. I use the word risk as reports on the success or otherwise of their actual claim process are minimal on here.

I would far rather deal via my established broker and if the difference had only been a few thousand baht I would not have changed.
