Hello, I am a 78 year old male living in the United States - I have been to Thailand every year since 2000, but, now with the virus Thailand requires medical insurance, I have no problem purchasing, but, every company I checked has a 75 year old cut off. Does anyone know of a company that will issue the required Thai insurance?

At 78 it's too risky to travel anywhere especially here. Have you been fully vaccinated? Even fully vaccinated people still succumb to covid. That's the reason Medical insurance rarely cover people at this extreme old age. Too risky in economic sense. Huge $$$ loss. Stay home and stay safe uncle.

Thats like straight discrimination. Im sorry to hear that mate. I can tell you they also require you to purchase it BEFORE you can get your COE pre approved. I am only going to be purchasing 1 month of coverage for the application and then buying the rest of the coverage AFTER i get my COE.
