My girlfriend is currently here in the U.K on a 6 Month Fiancee Visa and we plan to marry within the next 6 Weeks, can anyone tell me,

1- Do I have to wait for the Fiancee Visa to Expire before applying for the Settlement Visa?

2- After marrying, is the Settlement Visa a formality?

3- Is it possible to put her Daughter(who is still in Thailand) on the same Settlement Visa?

Thanks in advance

I believe a fiancee visa is granted for you to marry in the uk, so waiting for it to expire would not be a good idea.

You may have to apply again mate.

Anyway im not clued up on this pal.

Wait for manhout and scouse they know best, they have just given me great advise on me and my wifes settlement application.

Manhouts the man, sure he will be around.

Cheers and good luck.

Get married before the fiance visa runs out you then apply for FLR in the UK, her daughter has to come across on a seperate settlement visa as mine has done apply after marriage.

The process is as Azzzey68 describes. You should make the application for permission to stay as soon as you marry. You do not have to wait until the fiancé visa expires.

Scouse.
