david_je
Will be making booking for non-O (retirement) extension. Before doing so, just wondering how easy is it to change the booking, what is process. I did not see such info on booking site, before making booking. Thank you. DrJack54
Yes. You can make a new booking. From memory think you proceed as if your making a booking. At some point the system recognizes that you have an appointment and message appears that basically asks if you want to proceed. Accept and then make new booking. This advice is based on the previous appointment system at CW. Edited January 29, 2022 by DrJack54
ubonjoe
I think if you make an appointment you can go back on the site to cancel it and do a new one.
Thai Bairn
The confirmation email they send you contains a link to change your appointment.

This is with the NEW appointment system, right? Have you attempted to change an existing appointment via the email link? If so, can you describe the process? Does the link lead back to a new appointment, which when made cancels the old appointment? Or does it lead to a specific change page, where you pick a new date/time slot? david_je
I just made the booking with the new system. You get quick confirmation email that contains a link for rescheduling; that takes you to page where you pick a new date/time slot.
