Can I extend a Non-B visa for another 60-day Covid Extension?

Featured Replies

Sorry if this has been asked already (I looked but didn't see it).    I know that the Non-O cannot be extended for Covid anymore but have never seen an answer about Non-B.    I've extended recently and am ok until March 27th.

Thanks

If you entered the country with any non immigrant visa the new order states you cannot apply for 60 day covid 19 extension.

I have asked this before,  but I keep seeing the words "Entered"  the Country.  I didn't enter the Country with a Non-B, I entered the Country with a visa exempt, I changed to a Non-B in Country.

Some offices have issued them to those that entered visa exempt or with tourist visas that changed to a non immigrant visa. All a person can to do in that case is to try and apply for one.
