Kitano298
Hi I have to post a work laptop back home. Is it going to be extortionate, I fear the worst?
CharlieH
Just use the post calculator available if using Thai post. It's in the pinned Thaipost topic at the top of the forum. You may need to REMOVE the battery, suggest check first. Example: 2kg weight would be 1560 baht
dddave
When a friend had to ship a laptop with a non-removable battery to the US, Fed-Ex was the only shipper that would accept it.
StevieAus
I tried to send a mobile phone back to Australia to a friend who had left it behind. Thai Post wouldn’t take it with or without the battery.

bt2017
I posted a laptop to the UK about 18 months ago new Asus internal battery via Thailand courier at the main PO in CM cost 2600 baht + packing there's a service there arrived in 3 days.
skorts
Fastship is worth considering: https://fastship.co/home-en/ I sent an iPad from Chiang Mai to the U.K. a few months back using them. As others have said it had to go via FedEx as only one who accept the shipping. Thai post would not accept it. Very easy and arrived in a few days. Much easier than dealing with FedEx directly and Fastship took all the hassle away. Edited March 2, 2022 by skorts
