Lazada Security Check.

Featured Replies

Every time I try to sign in to Lazada despite being a customer for years, they always want a security check. Is this a new thing or am I just unlucky being picked at random? It is a bit of a hassle.

Never happened on the app for me

Yeah, it's always on the PC for me. But I hate the App.

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

I use the app and every time I login from a different device from what I normally use like the wife’s iPad I will be required to use the email verification for about three or four times after that sign on.  In addition here lately if I sign on shortly after midnight the verification is required as well.

It's suddenly happening every time I log in. Never had it before.

I sign in LAZ using laptop/Chrome.  From bookmark bar:

Click on LAZ icon, opens

Click on sign in, sec. check comes up, ask to pick one, I ignore and

Click on LAZ icon again in bookmark bar

Click on sign in.  LAZ opens

Happens to me every time when using the PC, but never with the app. TBH I think Lazada are trying to "push" customers to use the app rather than the website.

Big money being paid for the details of your mobile device, location, browsing and shopping habits, etc. Advertisers along with government agencies and their contractors can't get enough of it.
