Does anyone - except those who file and approve it (like the health minister for one) - have a clue, how many billions this entire exercise has cost the taxpayer so far? Must be a mind-boggling amount given the (meanwhile no longer discussed disaster of) locally produced Astra-Zeneca, the cargo flights full of gifted contributions by the Chinese etc.
