Lt. Col. Wuttikarn Plongrong, Deputy Police Commissioner of Pattaya City Police, the venue had broken three main orders currently in place. Those three violations were selling alcohol without permission, opening an entertainment venue illegally, and breaking Chonburi Communicable Disease Control orders around social distancing and other Covid-19 rules.
