Do hospitals honor a request for not getting vaccinations on a newborn baby? Do they allow unvaccinated to even come into the hospital?

Government hospital will vaccinate your newborn with or without your permission. 

Our first I was able to not have this be the case in a government hospital. They honored the no vaccinations request. But post-covid, I'm looking to do the same and it will be in a non gov hospital. Maybe someone with experience or knowledge of this could respond.
