Just as an aside here, there's an interesting article on the BBC site presently about the net, it's potential for overload, fragility, and how traffic shaping is becoming the norm, even in Europe.

PS Sometimes I do hate the auto-format feature for the title, making it Bbc, forgot to add an A

I’ve noticed that feature, too, and now changed it to BBC in your topic’s title (moderators’ privilege)

I just saw the report myself and was going to post it.

It's very interesting indeed, perhaps it should be used as a reply next time someone complains about the download speed of TV!

No wonder Cisco technicians get paid so well, keeping the systems running must be akin to bailing out a boat with a tea strainer.
