Ban Bung (Bowin) rescue services were called after an electrical worker received a shock up a power pole.

Thawatchai, about 30, was left dangling high up but was still conscious though rather groggy.

He was dressed in a blue top, jeans' shorts and sneakers.

A local authority bucket on a crane was used to bring him down to safety then after first aid he was transported to Laem Chabang Hospital.

He had been installing a spotlight, said fellow workers, who thankfully were watching him and managed to cut off the power supply in time.

The drama happened at a storage area for vehicles at a company on the Eastern Seaboard Raod in Sri Racha, Chonburi, central/eastern Thailand yesterday, reported Siam Rath

But presumably not before he tried to connect the spotlight!

Ah, that makes all the difference to this story.

It certainly lets me know the level of professionalism of the company or entity performing this work.

It's more important what they left out -the colour of his undies?

Mostly brown after that mishap?

Sincere hopes for a swift recovery.

"In time"...a highly debatable term used here.
