Hi, when you get an METV e-visa issued do they place a full page sticker in your passport like 'the olden days'...

or is it all handled completely digitally on arrival and you just get a 60-day tourist stamp at the arrivals desk ?

The email the stickerless visa to you. When enter the country you show it to immigration and they will stamp you into the country for 60 days.
