Crime Australian Arrested in Pattaya for Vandalising Rescue Booth While Drunk, Found on Overstay
This reminded me of a guy I saw yesterday at the lights on Third and Klang in Pattaya about 6.15pm. Big guy on a largish ADV bike with a large box on the back, Thai lady between him and the box. His bare right foot was hovering above the ground - I could not see his left. Unless you had a medical reason why would you drive a motorbike with no footwear........ -

Israeli Man Arrested for Using Fake Passport at Suvarnabhumi Airport
Picture courtesy of INN News Immigration police at Suvarnabhumi Airport apprehended an Israeli man attempting to leave Thailand using a fake passport. The arrest occurred when police officer Sgt. Jaraya Akkhad discovered the fraudulent document while checking passports at checkpoint DW8. The suspect, identified as Mr. Cohen, an Israeli born on 17 December 198X, was scheduled to fly home on EL AL flight LY82, departing at 22:40. Biometric scans revealed discrepancies between the passport and the suspect's fingerprints, which matched another Israeli named Mr. Kakon, born on 29 January 198X. Further investigation by the authorities, in collaboration with airline personnel, confirmed the passport was indeed counterfeit. The document lacked the security features standard in Israeli passports. The suspect was handed over to Immigration Division 2 for legal proceedings, and the incident was officially documented. Police Lieutenant General Panumart Boonnilaks and Police Major General Thanit Thaiwacharamas have ordered stricter entry and exit checks to ensure national security.
